Resource Management Goal 1

 In each of the next 5 years, a Gilford Evaluation Team (GET) will be established to develop and implement a system of program evaluation. This will be accomplished on an annual schedule with at least 12 program evaluations completed, recommendations presented, and changes implemented over the course of this strategic plan.

Successful negotiation of a multi-year contract with the Gilford Education Association and approved by the voters. 

Long term energy options- A team of staff including the facilities director, community members, and at least one school board member will examine potential energy sources and efficiencies. Local resources including Lakes Region Community College will be consulted. Recommendations for the future CIP projects were reported to the Board in the spring of 2014. The committee has met several times and will continue to do so.
